Little House on the Trailer is a  custom builder of manufactured homes. We  offer a complete architectural design service for those clients whose particular needs are not met by the large factories. We start with an interview to determine your objectives and design a solution unique to your project. We offer a one hour consultation to see if this option is right for you. PLANS

Homes                                 $36,900

We offer customized, affordable homes that are HUD approved for installation on a permanent foundation on your undeveloped lot, or inside a mobile home community. We work closely with you to design the home of your dreams, and coordinate with your contractor or recommend one who will perform the site work necessary to locate and set up your completed home. Home Care Cottages         $23,900

These cottages are Park Model Recreational Trailers. They are personal property and may be occupied in parks and by special permit as Home Care Cottages for taking care of loved ones at home. Limited by code to 400 square feet, they offer a compact, moveable home – a good solution for smaller sites in a mobile home park. They are often used as vacation homes in recreational zones or as seasonal homes in parks. PLANS

Second Units                   $28,900 

These Little Houses vary in size as needed to satisfy local Planning rules. Typically they range in size from 600 to 1200 square feet. Check with your local planner to determine the minimum and maximum foot prints allowed on your site. These models are HUD approved and can be installed on a permanent foundation or used as Home Care Cottages and remain on wheels. PLANS
